1995 Cadillac Deville I keep burning up rotors

1995 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am having an issue with burning up rotors. I have a new cap, rotor, spark plug wires, spark plugs. and coil. but it still is melting the rotor. what else should i check

Check the PCV maybe cloged and not ventilating crankcase. This would allow gasses to collect in cap and burn from spark from rotor. Is rotor melted or is there a burn through center to shaft?
