1995 Cadillac Deville fUEL PUMP RELAY IS NOT WORKING

1995 Cadillac Deville V8

I have replaced the fuel pump and the relays. the engine is still not getting any gas. after performing a wire test the relay did not light. a fues was blown so we replaced the fuse and put in another relay. the car stared for 2 min. then shut off. could this be an electircal problem.

Did the fuse blow again, which fuse, and is this a 4.9 or 4.6 northstar.
