1994 Cadillac Deville water damage

i was stuck into a ditch for about 1 hour.the ditch had about 3 feet of water. my front was half way into the water but not enough to cover my hood, it came up to my front bumper.after i got pulled out by and tow truck, i drove my car home. the next night i drove my car about 4 blocks and park it. later on that night i got into my car and it wont start at all. my lights and all that comes on.
