1994 Cadillac Deville erractic behavior

i have a 94 cad. deville 4.9
i had the isc motor and tps replaced due to loosing power on freeway and at stops engine starts vibrating and starts to ping and gasping for fuel then it stops and then it runs fine.

are you sure about the motor size? it should be a 4.6 northstar, 4.9 was in the 93's
Scan your codes for me, off and warmer on the heater controls at the same time, with your key in the on position
