What system effects this code? Is there a part I have to replace or do I to trouble shoot some electrical components?

VCC is viscous converter clutch, part of the transmission, specifically the torque converter. The problem could be ECM, circuitry, converter, TCC solenoid, or a fault within the transmission itself. With 214k, is it the original transmission?
