It is possible that you can buy your lines directly from GM.
You can also purchase the line material at most auto parts stores. The problem is measureing how long each line is. Then the lines will probably have to be bent in order to align the radiator and tranny fittings. If your fittings are not leaking, you can cut the line and reuse yours to save money.

You may not be able to find the exact length needed and the fittings may have to be installed so you may have to rent or purchase a tubing bender and a flareing tool to perform this task.

You didn't say where the leaks were occuring. If the leak is at the fittings, you need to make sure the radiator/tranny threads are not damaged.

If the leaks are occuring in the lines themselves then you may be able to just cut and splice the lines together with rubber fuel line. Make sure you make the rubber line at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches on both sides of the splice and use 2 hose clamps on each end for security. ( 1 would suffice but I like security and they are not that expensive. )

You can also have any tranmission shop or other garage do the work for you.

Expect to pay around $ 100 as they charge $30 to $60 an hour depending on the garage. Should only take an hour or less.

The reason I ask for prices is due to a busted knee so I'm force to take it to a shop .
The leak is in several pleases along the lines connections and so sever that the car almost catch on fire.
There was a recall for this particular problem but the 10 year period to reported has expired so the dealer wont fix it free of charge .
I will urge other car owners to check for recall's on there particular model to see if some of there problems are due to recall.
