Heater problem
1993 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Blower Motor runs constantly even with key not in the ignition. Blower Motor speed cannot be adjusted, cannot be turned off and no heat is blowing out. Only way to stop the motor is to disconnect it or the battery. Thermostat seems to be fine, appears to be no damage to heater core.

Shorted power module under the hood, mounted in the top of the HVAC case, just to the right(passenger) center of the engine compartment. You may have to lift the plastic(relay center) cover at the RH side, if it is still there.
