Irregular idle. It revs itself from idle to 2000 rpm, up and down.

Clean out the idle air control valve, EGR and PCV valves and see what happens-might also want to check fuel pressue.

I just replaced the PCV and fuel pump. You think the EGR is the culprit?Im sure its old. THANK YOU for your time and knowledge. Its sincerely appreciated.

Did you cleaned out the IACV if not clean it along with the EGR valve and see what happens.

It does not have an IAC valve, It is ISC motor with nose switch that senses throttle at idle. You might try cleaning the engine ground, and performing a minimum idle/tp adjustment and idle learn.
