1992 Cadillac Deville sporadically cranks

Cranks just great sometimes, then, will not turn over starter what-so-ever. Not a battery problem. Plenty of juice. Can hear clicking in dash board when it fails to crank.

Recently the "Inflatible Restraint" light came on. The SECURITY light also comes on when it will not crank. Is there an air bag sensor that could cause this?
