1992 Cadillac Deville SECURITY LIGHT

I have a 92 cadillac deville and when I went to start the car a light that says SECURITY comes on. The lights come on in the car but the car did not start. Please help.

Hi:
First, if you have a different key, try it. If that doesn't work, there is a malfunction in the security system. You will need a dealer to check it to pinpoint the problem. They will have the proper test equipment. Sorry for the bad news.
