1992 Cadillac Deville Not getting enought GAS?

I put a chip in my car almost a week ago an it was suppose to help get better mpg an more horsepower, but after a day of having it in it wasn't doing anything but messing up my car from what i noticed, so i took it out later that day. evadently the chip isnt working, take it out, and try it with out it

The chip has been out, I took it out the same day i installed it so there hasnt been a chip in it the whole time its been having this problem

ok, pull your codes, off and warmer on the heater controls at the same time, with the key in the on position, look at the miliage center for the codes

starts out with 8.8.8 and ends with 0.7.0
