I Just Ran My Diagnostic codes For My 1992 Deville And E48 Which Means The Egr Valve ... Im Looking To See How Much Im Looking On spending On Labor Or If Its Easy Enough to do Myself ? Thank You Very Much

E48 does not condemn the EGR valve specifically. You still must consider EGR control solenoid, and possibly the oxygen sensor. The O2 sensor change is how the system determines that egr is applying. The valve itself, and solenoid are easy replacements.
