I want to change the coolant and only find two block plugs. Is this where it's at? Or what is the usual proceedure for draining and changing coolant in these cars?

the radiator pep cock is on the drivers side of the radiator up on the side,

I would go and have it power flushed, it removes all coolant and some good additives are added
