1991 Cadillac Deville Two Wheel Drive

Hi,
You gave me information to clearing PCM Trouble Codes. My question is more along the lines of what do I need to do to repair car before clearing codes.
I need to repair the problem which I 1st wrote you before codes should be cleared. Right? When I put car in D there isn't any power, drop down to 1 or 2 everything is ok put in D after I have gained speed. Then when I stop and restart in D no power. Why is that? Does either of these codes have anything to do with that?

It's 39 TCC fault : Sounds like you have a tranny problem involving TCC which is the ( Torque Converter Clutch ) bring it in and get it pressure tested to find out more.
