heat and a/c switch wont blow fan

Check and see if there is power and ground at the blower motor. If there is, the blower is at fault. If thee is not, check that there is power and ground at the programmer, in the center of the HVAC case(underhood/center of firewall). Another possibility is the A/C programmer under the rh side of dash.
