1990 Cadillac Deville sluggish power door locks

when I use the lock/unlock switch the locks don't completely lock or unlock. You have to lock or unlock them manually. Do they need to be lubricated? If so, how?

Lubrication could help, it could also be weak actuators. You would need to remove front door panels, and lubricate any moving parts in the linkage system.
