I just replaced the water pump and all is flowing good but the cooling fans will not come on.Can you tell me how to turn fan on manualy through the climate contol panel?

Have you check the fan relay could alse be the coolant temperature sensor not telling the computer to energize the relay.

Or try direct power from the battery-maybe the fan motor has gone bad
