What did you do to get air in, this will affect how you get it out. For instance, if you replaced a master cylinder w/o bench bleeding, the air is throughout the system. If you just replaced a brake hose, caliper, or wheel cylinder, the air is more confined to a local area. If the exposure is minimal, simple manual bleeding should suffice.
