How hard would it be to flare and bend a metal brake line. The one that I need is a small line that connects into the back of my 1992 cadillac deville wheel cylinder. And the other end connects into the rear brake hose.

Not that hard you may be able to rent a flaring tool from auto zone. You will need a tubing cutter and a tubing bender.

Benders are pretty cheap so it wouldnt be too bad if you had to buy one.
