1989 Cadillac Deville brakes are locking

if my brakes are locking then do i need to put brake fluid in them and ware is the brake fluid cap at CANT FIND IT please help if possible send pictures of brake fluid cap to my e-mail robbiemartin16@yahoo.com

if they are binding it may be too much fluid not too little.

to little decreases braking efficency.

the cap will be on the resevoir. resevoir is on top of the master cylinder. whihc is on the drive side firewall, mounted to brake booster if power assisted brakes.
