Ok my waterpump went on my 87 caddy(also the alternator on the same day). I replaced it and noticed I diddn't have a diagram for the serpintine belt. I got a diagram off the internet and it seems to work. No lights come on (at least not yet). But I checked the hose leading from the top of the radiator to the top of the motor by squeezeing it and it seem like there is no coolent in it. Furthermore if its running and I squeeze it the hose will suck itself almost flat. There is no coolent leaks on the road. Oil looks, smells, and tastes like new oil no coolent. Engine seems to run fine. I just need to know if this is normal or if I screwed something up. Also does the coolent feed itself to the engine from the radiator from the top or bottom hose. I have a 4.1 lt.

No it turns counterclockwise. How I have it routed goes like this: from the tention pulley clockwise to the power stearing to the air pump to the ac up to the waterpump down to the crank to a routing pulley to the alt. Back to the tention pulley.

Belts on correctly so maybe air traped in engine. Remove cap jack up front of car run and add coolant until all air out. System holds 13.2 qts.
