lightly on the brakes, I hear a little ABS motor come on

When I am going slow, or turning into a parking space. I put lightly on the brakes, I hear a little motor come on and the brake pedal pulsates and I have NO brakes. I have to slam it to keep from running into another car. Can you please tell me how to replace the right front wheel speed sensor?
