Since my car was new the steering always seems to be to hard . I mean it does not seem to respond like a vechicle with normal power steering.I understand that the amount of torque you have to put on the steering wheel to turn the front wheels is based on speed however my steering wheel always seems to hard to turn. also it seems to pull to the drivers side all the time unless i hang on to the steering wheel and correct for this problem. What could i tell the dealer to look at to fix this problem.

I would start with an alignment . Toe off and or camber can affect stering effort.
