I replaced the buttons on my radio, when they took the panel off to replace them, the part behind the buttons on the right side of the radio broke and now when you press the buttons on the right side they don't work, but the buttons on the left side of the radio work. What do I need to replace to get the button working again?

Take that broken piece to Cadillac and tell them what it goes to, this will be a dealer part only anyway, sounds like a button actuator...
