2004 Cadillac CTS Radio stays on when i shut door.

2004 Cadillac CTS V8 Automatic 75000 miles

Hello i have a 2004 cts and i am haven trouble when i turn the car off and lock the door the radio stays on and the horn doesnt blow when i lock it with the remote.But when i open the back door the radio goes off and it works fine.Why is it doin this and how can i fix it?I dont drive the car very much and it has been sittin about week when it started doin this.Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated.Thank you.

If the RAP(accessory power) does not disable when you open the LF door, it may have a faulty switch that is integral to the latch assembly. That would be the most educated guess.
