2004 Cadillac CTS my engine shakes

well hi guys. recently i change the sparkplugs of my cadillac cts 2004. after i put everything back to place i notice that my engine started to shake .. so now i dont know what did i do wrong. i mean i follow the steps. i remove each one in order as i put them back aswell.. do you know what might be the issue.. i need help!!

Is it the correct type plugs and gapped properly-double check both ends of the plug wires if its tight/firmly in place.
