2003 Cadillac CTS Have CD's stuck!

2003 Cadillac CTS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 78000k miles

PLEASE HELP! I put in a cd into my 6 disc changer, and it didnt play, the msg came up "eject cd" then a couple of seconds later it says "cd mech error" and I cant eject cds, I cant play, or do anything! How do I get the cd's out? I've tried a couple of times, and it automatically goes to the radio.

The radio has an internal problem with the CD changer. The only repair I know of is to have it sent out for repair. You might quiz your local dealer on this. We send our radios out to a GM authorized service center, I believe the name of the outfit is SPECMO. I don't know if they are available to the average consumer, or if they just go through dealers.
