2003 Cadillac CTS Blowing cold air on one side

When I turn my heater on, why would it blow hot air on the passenger side and cold air on the driver side?

Low on coolant, faulty temp door actuator? Needs to have some diagnosis performed.

Thanks for the reply, what I did was switch the hoses around that attach to my heater core and all is good,
