2003 Cadillac CTS 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have double heaters controls driver & passenger the passenger one works fine the drivers side you can turn it up to 90 degrees and it still blows ice cold air. thanks ryan

Could be an actuator fault, or default as result of a fault similar. It should have a code stored in the system, unfortunately you will need a scan tool to retrieve it.
