I attached the procedure for removing the front cat or the exhaust manifold. The cats are part of the manifold itself.

I also attached the procedure for the warm up converter as well. Jut remove the clamps I circled and it is part of the main exhaust pipe.

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT
[A] OXYGEN SENSOR REMOVE

Using special tool MD998770, remove the oxygen sensor.
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT
[A] EXHAUST MANIFOLD BRACKET "B" INSTALLATION

Check to ensure that the exhaust manifold bracket "B" is in close contact with the exhaust manifold and the cylinder block before tightening the respective mounting bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque:
59 ± 10 Nm (44 ± 7 ft-lb.) [M10 x 30]
35 ± 6 Nm (26 ± 4 ft-lb.) [M10 x 22]
[B] OXYGEN SENSOR INSTALLATION
1. Install the exhaust manifold cover to the exhaust manifold.
2. Temporarily tighten the exhaust manifold cover bolt.

3. Using special tool Oxygen sensor wrench (MD998770), install both of the oxygen sensors to the exhaust manifold.
NOTE: Do not remove the special tool after the oxygen sensor is installed.
4. Tighten the exhaust manifold cover bolt to the specified torque of 14 ± 1 Nm (124 ± 8 in-lb.).
5. Remove the special tool.
