Changed out theromastat, Fans are not working. Where are the fuses or sensors to make the fans operate.

Do the fans come on with the A/C compressor engaged?, if so the temp sensor may not be showing hot enough to turn the fans on. This is not necessarily a fault with the sensor. Have the cooling system checked for an internal leak, presence of combustion gases.
