Electrical problem
1996 Cadillac Concours V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 147k miles
Alright, I have a 1996 Cadillac Deville Concours, i just got it all fixed up and should be good to drive for a while (i know some of you hate them but its all i have) Its been reliable for the most part but just some recent issues. not to long ago I went out to start the car and when i clicked the button to turn the radio on I got mostly static and nothing would show up on the screen. I looked it over (pressed random buttons and checked the fuse) but i didn't find anything, i kept looking and was able to find out that i get static because my antenna would not raise the motor for it just clicks and wiggles but wont move it so i get poor reception. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix the antenna and how to get the screen on the radio to work? I don't have a ton of money so something i can do myself would be nice, im good at figuring things out I just don't know where to start, im not an electrical person. Thanks in advanced.
