Check your engine compression before you do it, its not gonna do you good if its not to par.

Not really much you can do for a tune up. Replace the spark plugs and wires, if they are original. Replace the fuel filter, PCV valve, clean the throttle plate, check/replace the air filter, and replace the fuel filter if it has been some time. There is no adjustments or settings that can be made.
