i replaced the water pump aswell as the coolant sensor. The fans dont come on but they do when the A/C is on.

Check and test the thermostat and the radiator if its clogged-up if okay could be airlock in the system.
You need to get the radiator cooling fan goingf check the fan motor, fan relay and the computer controlled circuit of the fan relays

I replaced the thermostat aswell and had the radiator flushed. I dont understand why the fans would run while the A/C is on but not when the A/C is off.
