I have a 94 cadillac concourse with 4.6 northstar, The wipers continue to run if started and won't shut off by the switch unless the drivers door is open, or you shut off the key and restart the motor. Also the wipers only operate at one speed. Is this the wiper switch defective or something else? Where is the fuse located to disable the airbags if I have to replace the switch ?
