have vibration in reae of car.at lower and higher speeds.car sways like it has flat tire.seems to have play in driver side rear wheel.vibration seems to go away when brakes are applied but returns when released.possibly wheel bearing?

Sounds like a possibility, is the play in the bearing or rear knuckle though. Make sure that everything is tight, maybe even swap the tires front to rear and see if it changes.
