My 94 Deville Concours is overheating after 20 to 40 minutes of driving. It gives of a faint smell of coolant and there is some moisture coming from the exhaust. (more than normal vapor) There is no sign of coolant in the oil or vise versa, so I'm not 100% positive it could be the head gasket. Any thoughts on what it might be?

Cooling fas coming on, one quick way to check is with a/c on, they should be on when the compressor is running. Have the cooling system tested for combustion gases to confirm a head gasket failure.
