I just want to check to see if theres a seal of some sort thats inside the trans behind the front seal before I put the trans back in with just replacing the torkconvertor seal. I see no cracks in case. Also can a clogged tranny cooler cause only a front seal leak

There are seals inside behind the front seal, but they are for internal TCC hydraulic circuits. You would not have an external leak issue with them. There is a seal on the stator support to case(the part that the converter hub seal is installed), a square cut o-ring. It should not be a leak under pressure. I wouldn't suspect a clogged cooler to cause a front seal leak, it should have no noticeable effect on pressure, most noticeable would be signs of transmission overheating.
