How difficult is this repair? Is it something that should left to the pros? Please educate me as to what parts I would need for this specific vehicle. The tools are not an issue I have access to all required. What I am lacking is the know-how. Thank you.

Hi:
The job doesn't take too long, but does require know how and special tools. You will need to remove the struts, and depress the coil spring. If the coil spring gets loose after depressed, it could kill someone. Also, the car should be aligned after the struts are replaced. I would recommend having it done by a mechanic.

Let me know if you have any specific questions.

Joe
