2000 Cadillac Catera brake lights wont work

We have no brake lights. I have checked the fuses and bulbs and all looks well. When I lock the car with the remote the lights flash then, but not when the brake pedal is pushed.

Check and test the brake switch if okay-test the turn and hazard switch
