Ken:
Just follow the upper rad hose toward the engine and you'll come to the t-stat housing. Drain the radiator, remove the upper hose, remove the housing and you'll see the t-stat. Reverse the sequence to replace it. I up loaded a picture of the housing for you. I hope it helps.
