my car acts like its running out of gas. have changed fuel filter, battery and gasoline. Put battery in and it will crank and run, then it cuts off, like it ran out of gas and won't crank back. after a while when battery is reconnected it will do the same thing. Some times it will run and crank a few times before seemingly running out of gas. and yes it has gas in the tank!

Hi:
I recommend checking the fuel pump pressure. Msny parts stores will lend or rent the gauge. Check out this video on the "How to" aspect of the test.
