Raditor electric fan will not come on.

could be the temp sensor or the fan motor.

try using some jumper wires to send battery power to the motor

The fan motor is good and will come on, but not when it suppose to.

It comes on when battery cable is attached,but not when car is running.

have you looked at the schematics to see where the problem could be?
