1991 Cadillac Brougham Engine Runs Rich

My car was running rich as i have been having rough ilde problems when I come to a stop after interstate driving. To fix this idle I put the car in park and floor the gas pedal slowly to the floor and this black and greyish smoke comes out the tailpipe. Please let me know what all the things are

Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows:

1. Fuel pressure not within specs. Can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3. Leaking injectors.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.
