the brake pedal in my cadillac is stiff it takes forever to stop and i already changed changed the master cylinder. the abs light stays on and ive already bled the brakes please help.

Does it have a vaccum brake booster, is the belt for the vacuum pump broken/missing. The abs might have some responsibility, it should have a fault code stored that would refer to a repair.
