1990 Cadillac Brougham Front Wheel Drive Automatic 149000 miles

my car is missing and i hope its not my injectors ,its the left second plug from the bottom ,is it my wires or my rotor and cap,or is it my one injector?it just started a week ago ,please help me with this.

If you know what cylinder it is, pull the plug and check it for fouling or wetness. If it is wet, it is either not firing, or compression is too low to support combustion. Do a compression test on the affected cylinder. It could be a wire, distributor cap, plug, or injector. The plug will give kind of a readout of which way to proceed.
