1993 Cadillac Allante very fast idle

when I start the enginer the idle goes up to 3000-4000 rpm I will not put the care in gear and I don't run the engine for more than a minute, the gas pedel is not stuck, the idle linkage seem fine and nothing as far as the mechanical linkage seems fine!
