I am looking for a labeled diagram for my car listed above touring cabin fuse box relay diagram. I want to find out which of them feeds to the bowl lights, if any. I would like to tap into the bowl light circuit for a door handle led project.

These are the fuses as Honda tags them. I would be careful with what you tap into on a 2018, they can react badly.

Hi Steve, thank you for the detailed labels. I am wondering if you have any information on the connections I checked in red. I attached a picture.

This is what they show for the various relays and fuses. The wiring diagrams are likely a better guide though.

Thank you, Steve, after looking at the diagrams I couldn't find any relevant wiring to tap into. Do you have any suggestions? I have a simple 12v single led bulb that I want to install on each exterior door handle. I want it to behave similar to the dome light when the car is unlocked. I've seen people tap into the dome light but I'm wondering if there are better alternatives that are closer to the fuse/relay box. I circled some of the empty plugs near my fuse box. Hoping you have some insight.

Maybe find and test the options connector 6P they show on the entry lighting diagram? I believe that it is controlled by the timer and works like you are looking for. Hit the lock or unlock on the fob it stays on along with the dome lights for a set time then turns off. I think it's power on red switched ground on white.
Does your car have the puddle lights under the doors? Might be easier to try those.

Wow, that is exactly the diagram I was looking for thank you.
As for the puddle lights I had similar thoughts, but it does not turn on when the door is closed.

Okay, yours work differently than the non-hybrid then. On those they turn on with the interior lights if you use the fob to lock or unlock the car. Then stay on until you open the door, and the timer is reset. I figured you wanted the LEDs as an entry aide and connecting to those would do that. But if yours don't come on that way then that probably won't work, but the option connector still may work.

Hi Steve, I have a quick question. What are the white and blue plugs for? I circled the attached image. I've seen some third party LED door sill plugged into the white slot.

I believe these are used when the car is being built to manually operate controls during manufacturing. Steve W. might know more.

If you can move those enough that you can get a clear shot of the wires in them or maybe list a few of the wire colors I might be able to pin down the individual circuits, Honda tends to not tag the pieces they are not using on the harness, but they do show the wire colors. So, if you can give me those it may be traceable that way.
Ken may be correct.
