Bypass the A/C compressor?

What size belt would i need to bypass the A/C compressor with a smaller belt and without a bypass pulley?

Hello,

To bypass the A/C compressor, you should be able to use a 643K6 or 645K6 belt.

See image below from a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox, same engine. follow the blue line.

To access the belt, you will need to remove the engine mounting, see image 2.
