By passing the ac pulley for shorter belt

Trying to bypass the AC pulley on this the power steering told the serpentine belt and do you have to unhook the compressor if you don't want to pull it at work

With the belt routing on that engine it is not possible to bypass the AC using just a belt, you need to use a bypass pulley in place of the compressor. Might I ask why you want to bypass the AC?
